Headquarters Special Communications Organization (SCO) Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a range of electrical and power equipment for its operational requirements in Rawalpindi. This short tender notice covers a diverse set of items essential for the maintenance and expansion of SCO's technical infrastructure. Items being procured: - ZXDT22 SF01 (V6) Hybrid Energy Power Supply System ZXDT22 SF01 (V6) Outdoor Cabinet System - NGMS BTS Spares - NGMS System Spares - NGMS Miscellaneous Power Spares - FMX Link/Rectifier Modules/Multiple Cable Spares - The Supply, Installation, Transportation & Commissioning of Generator Set 25 KVA along with Accessories - Complete Overhauling of 250 KVA Generator Set - Generator Set 30 KVA with ATS, Generator Set 10 KVA with ATS - Batteries All Types - UPS - Power Cables - Power Breakers - Power Inverters The technical scope includes the provision of new hybrid energy systems, spares for Next Generation Mobile Services (NGMS), rectifier modules, and various generator sets with ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) capability. The notice also covers the supply of batteries, UPS units, power cables, breakers, and inverters, ensuring reliable backup and operational continuity for SCO's network. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A non-refundable tender fee of **PKR 2,000** is required for each item, and bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Pay Order must be submitted as per the tender document instructions. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the ADOS office at SCO Headquarters, Rawalpindi, by the deadline of **26 October 2026**. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
