Qlik HA/DR Implementation and Administration Services

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites qualified vendors for the implementation and administration of a High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solution for its existing on-premises Qlik Sense and Qlik GeoAnalytics environments located at PSO House, Clifton, Karachi. This procurement covers the full scope of setting up primary and DR infrastructure, standby instances/nodes, replication and synchronization of PostgreSQL databases, QVF/QVDS files, application configurations, and GeoAnalytics data packages. The solution must include load balancer/DNS configuration, failover mechanisms (automatic/manual), backup and recovery procedures, scheduled and real-time synchronization, and restoration processes. Comprehensive testing of HA/DR, failover, recovery, and synchronization will be conducted to ensure business continuity with minimal service disruption. Items being procured: - Implementation and configuration of HA/DR solution for Qlik Sense and Qlik GeoAnalytics - Provision and configuration of primary and DR infrastructure - Setup of standby instances/nodes - Replication and synchronization of multiple PostgreSQL databases - Synchronization of QVF/QVDS files and application configurations - Load balancer/DNS configuration - Backup and recovery mechanisms - Failover and restoration procedures - Testing and validation of implemented solution - Documentation, knowledge transfer, and handover - Identification and inclusion of any required Qlik licensing - On-demand Qlik Sense and GeoAnalytics administration services The vendor must be an Authorized Partner of Qlik in Pakistan for at least three years, provide evidence of expertise with at least three corporate clients in the last two years, and have two certified QlikSense developers. A designated contract administrator must be assigned for PSO queries. The contract duration is one year, renewable for two additional years under the same terms. Pricing must be quoted in USD with payment made in PKR as per State Bank of Pakistan exchange rates. Earnest money and other terms apply as per PSO's instructions.
