Rate Contract for Supply of Consumable Items, Miscellaneous Supplies, Construction Works, Electrical Works, Sieves, Dialysis Machines, Manpower, Engineering Consultancy, Diamond Core Drilling, and Security Services for Bolan Mining Enterprises Sites

Bolan Mining Enterprises (BME), a joint venture of the Government of Balochistan and Pakistan Petroleum Limited, invites sealed bids from renowned contractors, bidders, and companies registered with the Sales Tax Department, Income Tax Department, and active on the FBR Taxpayer List. The procurement is for a rate contract with a qualified local supplier/contractor based in Khuzdar for the supply of frequently required consumable items as per the scope of works and items mentioned in the tender documents to meet operational requirements at BME sites in Khuzdar, Quetta, and Pachinkoh-Nokkundi, Balochistan. Items being procured: - Supply of frequently required consumable items for BME Site Khuzdar - Miscellaneous supplies and construction works for Government Girls High School Western Bypass Quetta and Government Boys & Girls Middle School Labour Nawa Killi Quetta - Supply and installation for rehabilitation of electrical works at BME Site Pachinkoh-Nokkundi - Supply of 02 Nos heavy duty steel sieves for BME Site Pachinkoh-Nokkundi - Supply and installation of 02 Nos dialysis machines for DHQ Khuzdar - Provision of manpower through third-party contractor for BME Site Nokkundi operations - Hiring services of engineering and project management consultancy firms for design and detailed engineering of fire fighting system at BME Site Khuzdar - Hiring contractor services for 600 meters diamond core drilling at BME Site Khuzdar - Hiring services of registered security firms for provision of ex-service man/civil armed security at BME locations Quetta, Khuzdar, Karachi, and Pachinkoh-Nokkundi The technical scope includes supply, installation, construction, manpower provision, consultancy for fire fighting system design, diamond core drilling, and security services across multiple BME sites. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have experience as per the tender documents. Earnest money of 2% of total bid value is required except for Tender No. 14. Tender documents are available for PKR 5,000 each, payable via pay order or online to Allied Bank Ltd. Tender documents can be collected and bids submitted at BME House, 3 B & 8 B Model Town, Quetta during working hours from 10-08-2026 to 18-08-2026 (9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday). The bid submission deadline is on or before 25-08-2026 at 3:00 PM, with bid opening at 3:30 PM the same day. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the tender number and item details are clearly mentioned on the sealed envelope and to include the bid money as no bid will be accepted without it. BME reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
