Supplying and Fixing of R.C.C. Ring Slab and Mainhole Covers at Ward 01 to 04 UC-09 and UC-10 in TMC Malir Karachi

Town Municipal Corporation Malir invites sealed bids for the supplying and fixing of R.C.C. ring slab and mainhole covers at Ward 01 to 04 UC-09 and UC-10 in TMC Malir, Karachi. This procurement is aimed at improving the infrastructure and sanitation facilities in the specified wards, ensuring durable and reliable manhole covers for public safety and urban management. Items being procured: - Supplying and fixing of R.C.C. ring slab (quantity and specifications as per Bill of Quantities) - Supplying and fixing of mainhole covers (quantity and specifications as per Bill of Quantities) The scope of work includes the provision of high-quality R.C.C. ring slabs and mainhole covers, their transportation to the site, and proper installation at the designated locations within the mentioned wards. All works must comply with the technical specifications and standards set by the department. The contractor is required to complete the project within three months from the written order of commencement. Eligible bidders must provide evidence of registration with tax authorities and, where applicable, with the Pakistan Engineering Council. A bid security of 5 percent of the contract amount is mandatory, to be submitted along with the bid. The period of bid validity is 90 days. Bids without the required bid security or in an unprescribed form will be rejected. The deadline for submission of bids is 16-09-2026 at 1400 hours, and bids will be opened on the same day at 1500 hours at the office of the Executive Engineer (B&R), TMC Malir, Main Younus Chowrangi, Karachi.
