Tender Description
Metropolitan Corporation Lahore invites bids from eligible firms and contractors registered or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the provision and laying of RCC slabs at various locations within Lahore. This procurement is being conducted through Punjab E-Procurement system under open competitive bidding, following a single stage one envelope procedure. The works are divided into four distinct zones, each with its own scope and estimated cost.
Items being procured:
- Providing and Laying of RCC Slabs at Different Areas in Aziz Bhatti Zone, MCL (Estimated Cost: 3.992 Million PKR, PEC Category: C-6 & Above)
- Providing and Laying of RCC Slabs at Different Areas in Wahga Zone, MCL (Estimated Cost: 4.882 Million PKR, PEC Category: C-6 & Above)
- Providing and Laying of RCC Slabs at Different Areas in Nishtar Zone, MCL (Estimated Cost: 4.527 Million PKR, PEC Category: C-6 & Above)
- Providing and Laying of RCC Slabs at Different Areas in Ravi, Data Gunj Bukhsh, Shalamar, Samanabad, Gulberg Zones, MCL (Estimated Cost: 4.997 Million PKR, PEC Category: C-6 & Above)
The technical scope includes the supply and installation of reinforced cement concrete slabs at specified sites within the mentioned zones. All works must comply with the standards and specifications outlined in the bidding documents. Only PEC-registered contractors in Category C-6 or above are eligible to participate. Bidders must submit a bid security amounting to 3 percent of the estimated cost for each procurement, in the form of a CDR or pay order. All proposals must be uploaded via the Punjab E-Procurement system by 24-08-2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM at Town Hall, The Mall Road, Lahore.
