Re-Auction of Multi-Purpose Utility Shop Lease Rights at Prisons Across Balochistan for FY 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Inspector General of Prisons, Balochistan invites fresh bids from eligible bidders to operate Canteen-cum-Multi-Purpose Utility Shops in prisons across Balochistan for the financial year 2026-27. The shops are located at various prison canteens including CP Mach, CP Gaddani, CP Khuzdar, CP Zhob, DP Quetta, DP Nushki, DP Sibi, DP Turbat, and DP D.M Jamali. Items/Properties being auctioned: - CP Mach: 1 shop, Auction Fee Rs. 2000, Bid Security Rs. 50,000 - CP Gaddani: 1 shop, Auction Fee Rs. 1000, Bid Security Rs. 30,000 - CP Khuzdar: 1 shop, Auction Fee Rs. 1000, Bid Security Rs. 30,000 - CP Zhob: 1 shop, Auction Fee Rs. 1000, Bid Security Rs. 10,000 - DP Quetta: 1 shop, Auction Fee Rs. 2000, Bid Security Rs. 50,000 - DP Nushki: 1 shop, Auction Fee Rs. 1000, Bid Security Rs. 10,000 - DP Sibi: 1 shop, Auction Fee Rs. 1000, Bid Security Rs. 10,000 - DP Turbat: 1 shop, Auction Fee Rs. 1000, Bid Security Rs. 10,000 - DP D.M Jamali: 1 shop, Auction Fee Rs. 1000, Bid Security Rs. 10,000 The shops provide essential items and stuff to inmates which are not prohibited or contraband under law. Terms and conditions include submission of valid CNICs, character certificates, medical fitness certificates, NTN & ATL certificates, and valid tax documents. Bidders must deposit the original receipt of the bid security in shape of call deposit or bank draft. The contract is for one year and the successful bidder must ensure production of certified items and timely payments. The auction is governed by the Inspector General of Prisons Balochistan Quetta. The last date for submission of bids is 01/09/2026 till 11:00 AM at the Inspectorate General of Prisons, Samungli Road Quetta. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM.
