Tender Description
The Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC) Lahore invites bids for the re-tender of Kidney & Urology Consumables under a framework contract. This procurement is aimed at sourcing high-quality consumables essential for kidney and urology treatments to support the medical services at PKLI&RC in Lahore.
Items being procured:
- Kidney & Urology Consumables as per bidding documents and schedule of requirements.
The tender specifies an estimated cost of Rs. 22.20 Million. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-P) by 18.09.2026 at 11:00 AM. The bidding procedure follows a single stage two envelope system. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory, payable in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order. The delivery terms are DDP, PKLI Lahore.
Eligibility criteria include registration with income tax and sales tax authorities, valid FBR/ATL registration, and being an original manufacturer, sole distributor, or authorized distributor of the foreign principal. The bid validity period is 180 days as per PPRA Clause 28. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 02-09-2026 at 11:00 AM in the conference room of the supply chain department of Tower-A.
Interested bidders can obtain bidding documents free of cost from the PKLI website or the Punjab procurement portals. The bids will be opened on 18.09.2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
