Tender Description
The Highways Division Muzaffargarh invites bids from eligible engineering firms and contractors for the special repair and reconstruction of culvert infrastructure in Kot Addu, Punjab. This procurement is being conducted through the Punjab PPRA e-Tendering System, and only firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes are eligible to participate.

The technical scope includes the complete reconstruction of the specified culvert spans, ensuring compliance with the latest engineering standards and specifications. The work will involve batching plant concrete paving, mechanized TST/DST/Surfacing, and rigid pavement construction. Only contractors with Bridge Code CE02 are eligible to participate in this tender. All bidders must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement portal and submit their bid security and performance guarantee digitally as per the latest PPRA and C&W Department guidelines.
Earnest money of 269860 PKR must be submitted through the digital payment system.
