Tender Description
This tender invites qualified contractors to undertake the reconstruction of the Mukhtiarkar Office in Kashmore along with remaining works at THQ Kandhkot Emergency Ward and establishment of Nursing College Phase-2 and OT Rehabilitation at THQ Kashmore. Located in Kashmore, Sindh, the projects involve extensive civil, sanitary, and electrical works including RCC construction, brickwork, plumbing, sanitary fittings, and electrical installations. The scope covers demolition, reconstruction, finishing, and external development with detailed specifications based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2024. The works are to be completed within 24 months, requiring contractors to have valid PEC registration in the relevant category, active FBR and SRB registration, and an electric license from SEPCO.
