Karachi Port Trust Engineering Department invites bids for the refurbishment of the Chairman Secretariat Pantry and Bathroom at KPT Head Office, Karachi. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 or above with specialized codes CE-09 and CE-10. Bidders must also be registered with FBR and SRB, provide valid NTN and ATL certificates, and submit audited financial statements showing minimum average turnover of PKR 8 million for companies or PKR 5 million for individuals over the last three years. The bid security is PKR 100,000 in the form of a pay order, refundable, and the tender fee is PKR 3,000 non-refundable.
