Items being procured: - Repair of office buildings Bidders must have their own office or sub-office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and demonstrate sufficient experience in similar repair works. The firm must have a bank account and vendor number allotted by AGPR. A refundable bid security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of a pay order in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Regional Tax Office Rawalpindi, must be attached with the e-bidding documents. The repair work must be completed by 30-06-2027, and the firm is responsible for replacing or repairing any faults arising during the contract period free of cost. The work may be required to be carried out immediately, even at odd hours.
