Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited Karachi is procuring rehabilitation services for the Car Wash Facility of NVROs Karachi Division. This tender invites experienced contractors to undertake civil works involving repair and refurbishment of the existing car wash infrastructure at the Karachi site. The scope includes structural repairs, surface treatment, plumbing adjustments, and related civil works to restore full operational capacity.
Eligible bidders must hold a valid PEC Certificate of category C-6 or above with relevant specialization. Additionally, FBR registration and a clean ATL status are mandatory. Past experience in similar rehabilitation projects will be a key evaluation criterion. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with technical and financial bids submitted separately.
