Tender Description
The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites reputed firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-5 with specialization codes CE-01 & ME-03 or above, renewed for the financial year 2026-27, to participate in the rehabilitation of common and washroom areas along with supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of a passenger lift at SLB, Multan. This project includes civil and mechanical structures, electrical works, and miscellaneous allied works. The scope covers dismantling, steel fabrication, reinforced concrete works, plastering, tile works, and installation of a lift cabin with all accessories. The lift shall be compliant with EN81-1-2000 standards and include equipment from reputed international manufacturers. The project duration is 180 days from the commencement date. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, GST, Punjab Revenue Authority and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit/Bank Draft amounting to Rs. 640,000/- for Lot-A is required.
