Tender Description
The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (Ministry of Housing and Works) invites bids for the procurement of civil works planned for FY 2026-27 at Lifestyle Residency Apartments G-13/4, Islamabad. The contract involves Rehabilitation and Construction of Boundary Wall, Installation of CCTV Cameras, Flood Lights and E-Fencing.

The scope covers civil works and installation of security and lighting equipment at the specified residential complex. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit as specified in the bidding documents.
Bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
The deadline for bid submission is Friday, October 2, 2026, at 12:00 PM via EPADS v2.0. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Vendors not registered on the new EPADS version may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. A tutorial for registration is available on YouTube.
Interested bidders should ensure timely registration and submission through the online portal to avoid disqualification. This tender requires adherence to technical and financial bid submission rules under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).
