Rehabilitation, Construction, and Provision of Furniture for Existing Primary Schools in Taluka Kashmore District Kashmore

The Executive Engineer Education Works Division Kashmore @ Kandhkot is procuring rehabilitation, construction, re-construction, and provision of furniture for eleven existing primary schools in Taluka Kashmore, District Kashmore under the 2025-26 Provincial ADP program (SDG#4 No. 828). This tender covers civil works including excavation, brickwork, reinforced concrete, plastering, flooring, painting, and sanitary fittings, as well as supply and installation of furniture. The project site is specifically at GBPS Abdul Sattar @ Ali Muhammad Khoso and other schools in the Taluka. The contract duration is 24 months from the date of commencement. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and possess relevant experience in similar works. They must also be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A bid security of 5% of the bid amount is required, and bids must remain valid for 90 days. The security deposit is 10% including the bid security. Income tax at 8% and security deposit at 3% will be deducted from bills.
