Rehabilitation and Construction Works at 132 KV and 66 KV Grid Stations in Abbottabad, Kholian Bala, and Haripur

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) is inviting bids from contractors registered with PPRA EPADS and the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for rehabilitation and construction works at various grid stations in Abbottabad, Kholian Bala, and Haripur. The procurement is under the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) method using a Single Stage One Envelope e-Bidding process. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation work of control house building and switch yard - Construction of tube well/pump house including boring at 132 KV Grid Station AMC Abbottabad - Construction of watch tower - Spreading of gravel at switch yard - Renovation of control house building - Sewerage and side drainage works for colony - Grid works at 132 KV Grid Station, Kholian Bala - Rehabilitation work of control house building and switch yard at 66 KV Grid Station Haripur The scope includes civil construction and rehabilitation of control houses, switch yards, tube well and pump houses, watch towers, and associated infrastructure such as sewerage and drainage works. The projects are located at high voltage grid stations requiring specialized civil works compliant with PEC C-6 category and above (CE-10, CE-09, EE-11). Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with PPRA EPADS and PEC for the financial year 2026-27, with at least five years of relevant construction experience. Bidders must be active taxpayers with FBR, KPRA, and Sales Tax registration, excluding joint ventures. Completion of at least two civil contracts of similar nature within the last five years is mandatory, with each contract value not less than 50% of the estimated cost. Audited financial records for the last three years from ICAP-registered firms are also required. The bid closing date is **10th August 2026** with specific bid opening times for each tender ID. Bidders must submit a 3% bid security in the form of a CDR from any scheduled bank in favor of the Chief Executive Officer, HAZECO, Abbottabad.
