This tender is specifically issued by the Project Director (GSC) HAZECO Abbottabad and targets contractors registered with PPRA EPADS and the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted under the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) method using the Single Stage One Envelope e-Bidding system.

- Rehabilitation work of control house building and switch yard at 66 kV grid station Haripur
The technical scope covers civil construction and rehabilitation works including control house buildings, switch yards, tube well and pump houses, watch towers, gravel spreading, sewerage, and drainage systems at high voltage grid stations. The works require PEC registration in category C-6 and above with specialization codes CE-10, CE-09, and EE-11. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of relevant construction experience and have completed two similar civil contracts within the last five years, each valued at no less than 50% of the estimated cost. Financial soundness is also required, with audited records for the last three years from a recognized firm registered with ICAP.
The estimated cost for the combined works is approximately **PKR 49,356,640.49**. Bidders must submit a 3% bid security in the form of a CDR from a scheduled bank in favor of the Chief Executive Officer, HAZECO, Abbottabad. The bid closing date is **10th August 2026**, with bid opening times staggered for each tender ID on the same day.
Interested bidders should apply through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal at http://www.eprocure.gov.pk and ensure all documents are complete and accurate to avoid rejection. The submission deadline is firm, and conditional or partial bids will not be accepted.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully review the PEC category requirements and ensure all technical and financial documents are thoroughly prepared and uploaded on the E-PADS portal well before the closing date to avoid last-minute technical disqualifications.
