Rehabilitation Work of Control House Building and Switch Yard with Construction of Tube Well/Pump House at 132 KV Grid Stations Mansehra and Haripur

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites experienced contractors registered with PPRA EPADS and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for rehabilitation and construction works at 132 KV Grid Stations in Mansehra and Haripur. The procurement is for rehabilitation work of control house building and switch yard, along with construction of tube well/pump house including boring at the Mansehra grid station, and rehabilitation work of control house building and switch yard at the Haripur grid station. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation work of control house building and switch yard at 132 KV Grid Station Mansehra - Construction of tube well/pump house including boring at 132 KV Grid Station Mansehra - Rehabilitation work of control house building and switch yard at 132 KV Grid Station Haripur The technical scope includes civil and electrical works involving control house buildings and switch yards, as well as specialized construction of tube well and pump house facilities. The projects require contractors with PEC category C-6 and above (CE-10, CE-09, EE-11) and relevant experience in similar civil contracts. Bidders must be registered with FBR, KPRA, and hold valid ATL status, excluding joint ventures. A minimum of five years of experience and completion of at least two similar civil contracts in the last five years is mandatory. Financial soundness is required with audited records for the last three years from ICAP-registered firms. The tender follows a Single Stage One Envelope e-Bidding method via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted as a CDR in favor of the Chief Executive Officer, HAZECO, Abbottabad before bid closing. Bids quoting 10% below the estimate must submit an additional 2% bid security. Partial or incomplete bids will be rejected. The bid closing date is 12 August 2026 at 23:59:59, with bid opening scheduled on 5 August 2026 at 11:00 and 12:00 hours respectively for the two tenders.
