Municipal Corporation Gujranwala is inviting e-bids from eligible contractors and firms registered with the relevant authorities for the procurement of various OSR schemes for the financial year 2026-27 in Gujranwala. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of Eastern Bypass Road (Re-Carpeting), estimated cost Rs. 378 Million - Rehabilitation of Garjakh Road (Tuff Pavers), estimated cost Rs. 118.6 Million - Construction of Flower Market under city Flyover Gujranwala, estimated cost Rs. 16.5 Million - Rehabilitation Katcha Fattomand Road (Tuff Pavers), Gujranwala, estimated cost Rs. 99.97 Million - Rehabilitation of Race Course Road (Tuff Pavers), Gujranwala, estimated cost Rs. 52 Million - Beautification of Kulsoom Nawaz Ladies Market, Peoples Colony Gujranwala, estimated cost Rs. 52.10 Million - Construction of Ladies Park, Peoples Colony Gujranwala, estimated cost Rs. 44.16 Million - Construction of Walking Track on left Bank of Upper Chenab Canal Gujranwala, estimated cost Rs. 35 Million All e-bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 5% of the estimated price for each scheme. Bids are to be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) by 10-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Only contractors/firms registered with FBR, PRA, PPRA, and PEC in the relevant category are eligible to participate. The Single Stage Single Envelope (SSSE) procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 will be followed. No physical bid security instruments will be accepted; only electronic submissions are valid. The lowest evaluated bidder will be required to submit a performance security/guarantee at 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of award. Bids will remain valid for 120 days.
