Rehabilitation and Improvement of Link Roads in Toba Tek Singh

The Punjab Highways Department invites bids from registered Engineering Firms and Contractors for the rehabilitation and improvement of link roads in Toba Tek Singh district. This tender is open to firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/codes with a valid PEC license for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation / Improvement of Link Road from Chak No. 325/JB to Chak No. 381/JB, Length 1.085 Km - Rehabilitation / Improvement of Link Road from Chak No. 382/JB to Link Road Chak No. 383/JB to Chak No. 384/JB, Length 1.00 Km The works include laying rigid pavement using concrete batching plants and concrete paving machines. Surfacing will be executed by mechanized systems. Recovery against credit of old material will be adjusted manually. Contractors' claims will be processed through a digital measurement book. No cost overruns or price variations will be admissible as per contract clauses. Bids must be uploaded online by the deadline of 31-10-2026 at 12:00 PM. Contractors may attend the office of the Commissioner Faisalabad Division on the same date and time for bid opening. Only bids signed by the Executive Engineer, Highway Division Toba Tek Singh, will be accepted. Non-compliance will result in cancellation.
