Rehabilitation and Improvement Works at Lower Dahar and Ghotki Minor Canals Mirpur Mathelo

The Mirpur Division (Irrigation) invites Electronic Bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for rehabilitation and improvement works of irrigation infrastructure in Mirpur Mathelo, Sindh. The Procuring Agency is seeking qualified contractors/firms to undertake the following works: - Rehabilitation of Lower Dahar Waht. - Rehabilitation/Improvement of Structure, Earthwork and Stone Pitching of Makai Minor, Gajji Minor and Imam Wah Ghotki Feeder Ghotki. - Rehabilitation/Improvement of Earthwork and Strengthening the Banks of Bumbly Minor RD.89 to 150 Ghotki Feeder Ghotki. These projects involve extensive civil works including earthwork, stone pitching, and structural rehabilitation to improve irrigation efficiency and water management in the region. The works are critical for sustaining agricultural productivity and water distribution. Eligibility criteria include a valid Registration Certificate with PEC in categories C-4 & Above, NTN Certificate with active status on ATL of FBR, and relevant experience with similar nature and magnitude of works. Bidders must provide Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan. Technical and Financial bids must be submitted separately through the EPAD system by 10.09.2026 at 12:00 Noon. The tender documents can be downloaded from the SPPRA EPAD website. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and ensure all required documents, including technical proposals and financial bids, are complete and submitted on time.
