Rehabilitation and Improvement of Street Through Provision of Asphalt, Brick Tile, Supply, Missing Slabs and Raising of Manholes in Lahore

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites bids for the rehabilitation and improvement of streets through provision of asphalt, brick tile, supply, missing slabs, and raising of manholes in various locations of Lahore. The procurement is based on Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure (PPRA-38 (2)) and is open to Engineering Firms/Contractors registered on e-Procurement portal with valid PEC License and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation and improvement of street through provision of asphalt, brick tile / tuft tile / PCC / sewerage and water supply, missing slabs and raising of manholes etc. in UC-32, NA-118, Lahore - Rehabilitation and improvement of street through provision of asphalt, brick tile / tuft tile / PCC / sewerage and water supply, missing slabs and raising of manholes etc. in UC-33, NA-118, Lahore - Rehabilitation and improvement of street through provision of asphalt, brick tile / tuft tile / PCC / sewerage and water supply, missing slabs and raising of manholes etc. in UC-34, NA-118, Lahore - Rehabilitation and improvement of street through provision of asphalt, brick tile / tuft tile / PCC / sewerage and water supply, missing slabs and raising of manholes etc. in UC-35, NA-118, Lahore The contract duration is 3 months for each lot. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals separately online through the e-Tendering system of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA-Punjab). Technical and financial bids will be opened on 28-08-2026 at 10:00 am. Earnest money in the form of CDR or pay order is required as per PPRA rules. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 & Above and comply with all PPRA regulations. The procurement procedure will be strictly followed as per PPRA Rules 2014 amended up to date. Bidders are advised to carefully read the tender documents and submit their bids before the deadline. The bids must be complete, unambiguous, and free from conditional clauses. The LDA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. The submission deadline is 28-08-2026 at 09:30 am, and bids will be opened on the same day at 10:00 am.
