The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites bids for the rehabilitation and improvement of streets in Lahore. The works include provision of Asphalt, Brick Tile, Tuff Tile, PCC, Sewerage and Water Supply, Missing Slabs, and Raising of Manholes. The tender is open to firms and contractors registered on the e-Procurement portal with valid PEC License and NTN/PRTN. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation / Improvement of Street Through Provision of Asphalt, Brick Tile / Tuff Tile / PCC / Sewerage and Water Supply, Missing Slabs and Raising of Manholes etc. in UC-32, NA-118, Lahore - Rehabilitation / Improvement of Street Through Provision of Asphalt, Brick Tile / Tuff Tile / PCC / Sewerage and Water Supply, Missing Slabs and Raising of Manholes etc. in UC-33, NA-118, Lahore - Rehabilitation / Improvement of Street Through Provision of Asphalt, Brick Tile / Tuff Tile / PCC / Sewerage and Water Supply, Missing Slabs and Raising of Manholes etc. in UC-34, NA-118, Lahore - Rehabilitation / Improvement of Street Through Provision of Asphalt, Brick Tile / Tuff Tile / PCC / Sewerage and Water Supply, Missing Slabs and Raising of Manholes etc. in UC-35, NA-118, Lahore The scope covers street rehabilitation with quality materials and workmanship as per LDA standards. The contract duration is 3 months with PEC category C-6 & Above required for most lots, and C-5 & Above for one lot. Bidders must be registered with FBR and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Earnest Money of 3% of the estimated cost is required as Bid Security. Technical and Financial bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement system by 28-08-2026 at 09:30 AM, with opening at 10:00 AM the same day. The bids will be evaluated as per PPRA rules. The tender documents and BOQ are available on the e-Procurement portal.
