Rehabilitation and Improvement Works for Water Management in Nagar District Gilgit-Baltistan

The Water Management & Irrigation Department Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed tenders from eligible firms and contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category/code valid up to 30th June 2027. This tender is specifically for rehabilitation and improvement works in Nagar District, Gilgit-Baltistan. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation/Construction of Sedimentation Tank at Chabari Malo Rakaposhi District Nagar - Improvement of Water Channel from Amir Khan Land to Amir Mohammad Land, Dado Dass Bar - Improvement of Water Course Yaying Har to Gutum Tank Ethen Mohallah Skinder Abad These works involve civil construction and water management improvements including sedimentation tank rehabilitation and channel/course enhancements to improve irrigation efficiency. The projects require firms with PEC registration in category C6 and above, and CE-04 code. Bidders must provide bid security at 3% of the estimated cost and purchase bidding documents for PKR 4,000 each. The bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Director Water Management & Irrigation Department District Nagar upon submission of a written application and required original documents including PEC registration valid for 2027, renewal fee for CFY 2026-27, CNIC, and bid security in the form of CDR from any scheduled bank. All bids must be submitted by 10th November 2026 at the specified times and will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders at the Deputy Director's office. Late bids will not be entertained. Bidders are advised to visit the project site prior to submission to assess conditions and scope.
