Rehabilitation Work of Parking Shed at 220kV Grid Station NGC Jhampir-II

The National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGC) invites sealed bids for the Rehabilitation Work of Parking Shed at 220kV Grid Station NGC Jhampir-II located in Hyderabad, Sindh. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Corrugated galvanized iron sheets (166.628 Sqm) - MS 18 gauge square pipe 32mm x 32mm (80.006 Mtr) - Painting new surfaces: corrugated surface, patent roofing (333.256 Sqm) - Painting new surfaces: fillets, framing, skirting, pipes, gutters (80.006 Mtr) - Painting old surfaces: guard bars, gates, iron bars, gratings, railing (26.013 Sqm) - Painting old surfaces: fillets, framing, skirting, pipes, gutters (338.921 Mtr) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (0.096 Cum) - Cement plaster (1:4) upto 1st floor height: 20mm (1.986 Sqm) The scope includes all civil works related to the rehabilitation of the parking shed as per the latest specifications and drawings provided by NGC. The contractor shall follow all relevant WAPDA/NGC standard specifications and ensure quality workmanship and materials. The quantities in the BOQ are estimated and may vary; however, unit rates shall remain firm. The contractor is responsible for all site arrangements including water and electricity for construction purposes. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC license (minimum C-6 with code CE 10), registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, and active taxpayer status. The contractor must have completed similar works worth at least PKR 1.2 million in the last 10 years and provide qualified key personnel including a Civil Engineer/Project Manager with at least 15 years experience and a Site Supervisor (DAE) with 10 years experience. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by 26 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee must be submitted before bid closing deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and submit all required documents including bid security in original to avoid disqualification.
