Rehabilitation of Paver Block in Elahi Colony and Church Wali Gali Streets UC 03 Mominabad

The Town Municipal Corporation Mominabad Karachi invites bids for the rehabilitation of paver blocks in Elahi Colony and Church Wali Gali along with different streets in Union Council 03. This procurement is specifically for civil works involving road and infrastructure improvements within Mominabad, Sindh. Items being procured: - Earth Work Excavation of Road Side Nalis forming its banks or putting the same embankment as directed breaking colds dressing 3826 cft - P/L Aggregate base course material in proper grade and camber having CBR 80% as per AASHO standard specification including spreading & compacting by approved mechanical means 3820 cft - Providing & Fixing Cement Paving Blocks Flooring and curing complete including screening and washing at stone aggregate without shuttering C.C 1:4:8 22500 sft The technical scope covers excavation, base course preparation, and laying of cement paving blocks with proper curing and compaction. The work site is located in Sector 11-E Shahra-e-Orangi Town, Mominabad Karachi. The contract duration is 9 months from the written order to commence. The contractor must ensure 100% compaction to maximum dry density and comply with all specifications and instructions issued by the Executive Engineer (B&R) TMC Mominabad. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration for relevant categories, NTN registration with FBR, and proven experience in similar civil works projects. Earnest Money Deposit (Bid Security) is 5% of the estimated cost. Bids must be valid for 45 days. Income tax and other applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
