Rehabilitation of Paver Block in Sher Khan Abad and Different Streets

The Town Municipal Corporation Mominabad Karachi is procuring works for the rehabilitation of paver blocks in Sher Khan Abad and different streets under its jurisdiction. This tender invites qualified contractors to undertake comprehensive civil works aimed at improving the road infrastructure and pedestrian pathways in the area. Items being procured: - Earth Work Excavation of Road Side Nalis forming its banks or putting the same embankment as directed breaking colds dressing 1 etc complete in ordinary soils (3823 cft) - P/L Aggregate base course material in proper grade and camber having CBR 80% as per AASHO standard specification including spreading & compacting by approved mechanical means (3820 cft) - Providing & Fixing Cement Paving Blocks Flooring and curing, complete including screening and washing at stone aggregate without shuttering C.C 1:4:8 (22500 sft) The technical scope includes excavation, embankment formation, aggregate base course laying with compaction to 100% max dry density, and installation of cement paving blocks with proper curing. The work will be executed at multiple street locations within Sher Khan Abad and surrounding areas in Karachi. The project duration is 9 months from the date of commencement with a penalty of Rs. 5000 per day for delay, capped at 10% of the contract value. Eligible bidders must possess valid PEC registration for relevant civil works categories, be registered with FBR and ATL, and demonstrate prior experience in similar infrastructure rehabilitation projects. Earnest Money Deposit of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a Security Deposit.
