Tender Description

The Municipal Committee Okara invites experienced contractors and firms registered with Punjab E-Procurement, FBR, PRA (NTN and PNTN), and PPRA to submit e-bids for the remaining work involving rehabilitation and construction of pedestrian walkways and side drains across various areas of Okara city. This tender is issued by the Municipal Committee Okara, located in Okara, Punjab. Items being procured: - Remaining work for Rehabilitation/Construction of Pedestrian Walkways - Side Drains in Various Areas of Okara City The scope of work includes civil construction activities focused on pedestrian walkways and drainage systems, ensuring improved urban infrastructure and sanitation. The project requires contractors with PEC category C-5 and above, demonstrating relevant experience and valid FBR/ATL registration. The technical bid must be accompanied by a bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 2,678,850, submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in the name of Chief Officer Municipal Committee Okara. All bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement system at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by the deadline of 29-07-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 29-07-2026 at 11:30 AM. The original bid security instrument must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the Municipal Officer (I&S), College Road Near Ghousia Masjid Municipal Committee, Okara before the submission deadline. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well in advance to avoid last-minute technical issues on the e-Procurement portal. This tender follows a single stage single envelope bidding procedure. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Punjab PP Rules 2014 (Rule-35).
