Rehabilitation Construction Reconstruction of Existing Primary Schools in Taluka Khanpur Shikarpur and Tangwani District Shikarpur

The Executive Engineer Education Works Division Kashmore @ Kandhkot invites bids for the rehabilitation, construction, and reconstruction of existing primary schools located in Taluka Khanpur, Shikarpur, and Tangwani District Shikarpur. This project includes works at multiple schools such as GBPS Qaimuddin Chachar, GBPS Tagio Khan Jafferi, GBPS Allahjewayo Khan, GBPS Allah Wadhayo Chachar, and GBPS Miral Jafferi. The scope covers civil works including excavation, brickwork, reinforced concrete, plastering, flooring, roofing, and painting. Additionally, water supply and sanitary fittings are included with installation of W.C pans, lavatories, pipes, and pumps. The project is funded through Provincial ADP and will be procured via National Competitive Bidding (NCB) method. The estimated cost is bold PKR 9.5 million. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the appropriate category and comply with FBR/ATL registration requirements. Experience in similar school rehabilitation projects is essential. The bid security is 5% of the bid amount and the security deposit is 10%. The bid validity period is 90 days. Submission deadline is 26th May 2026 at 11:00 AM with bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day at the office near old Nadra Office Kandhkot. Completion time is 24 months from the written order to commence. Income tax at 8% and security deposit at 3% will be deducted from bills.
