Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of 15 Primary and Elementary Schools in Taluka Dahli & Chachro, Tharparkar

The Education Works Division Tharparkar @ Mithi invites bids for the rehabilitation, reconstruction, and provision of additional facilities in fifteen existing primary and elementary schools located in Taluka Dahli and Chachro, District Tharparkar. The schools included in this project are GBLSS Panat, GGPS Samoon Rind, GBPS Samoon Rind Ahmed Paro, GBPS Gul Sher Rahimoon Jese Jo Par, GBPS Ramlani, GBPS Rariaro, GBPS Suthar Colony, GBPS Pandhi Paro Noorani, GBPS Ranchi Jo Tar, GBPS Katho Ayoub, GBPS Alamsar, GBPS Saleem Mangrio, GBPS Meghwar Paro Kheme Jo Par, GBPS Karoo Jo Par, and GGPS Qasim Paro Rarakar. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation and reconstruction works for 15 school units - Civil works including dismantling, excavation, brickwork, concrete, plastering, roofing, painting, and iron works - Provision of additional facilities as per specifications The scope covers comprehensive civil works such as dismantling of existing structures, excavation, brickwork in foundations and walls, reinforced cement concrete works, steel reinforcement fabrication, roofing with tiles, plastering, painting, and installation of iron grills and doors. The project will be executed at multiple school sites within Taluka Dahli and Chachro. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category, possess valid NTN and Sindh Revenue Board registration, and provide an affidavit confirming no blacklisting. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required. Bids must be valid for 90 days. The contract period is 12 months from the date of commencement. Bids must be submitted by 29th September 2026 at 10:30 AM to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Division Tharparkar @ Mithi, located at Works & Services Complex Naukot Road Mithi. Technical bids will be evaluated on experience, manpower, equipment, and financial capacity with a minimum passing score of 70%. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure submission of all mandatory documents including original call deposit receipts and pay orders before the deadline.
