Contractors not on the MES approved list or those suspended must deposit an earnest money amounting to 2% of the estimated bid cost as a standing security in the form of DSC or CDR pledged to CMES (Army) Multan Cantt. This amount is refundable if the contractor is not pre-qualified or does not secure the contract.
