Uplifting and Improvement Works of Turbat Buleda Road Including Protection and Abutment Works of Bridges

The Improvement and Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town P&D Department invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for executing important road and bridge protection works on Turbat Buleda Road for the year 2026. The procurement is based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Package 01: Protection Works at Various Roads (Tender Ref: TSE-2627101206553) with estimated cost Rs. 294,707,286/- - Package 02: Abutment Protection Works of Bridges and Fixing of Gantry Sign Board (Tender Ref: TSE-2627101201293) with estimated cost Rs. 202,792,355/- The scope includes comprehensive protection and abutment works on bridges and roads along Turbat Buleda Road, including installation of gantry sign boards. The works require experienced contractors with PEC Category Code C-3 or above, capable of handling projects up to Rs. 500 million. Bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and listed on the Active Taxpayer List. They should have completed at least two similar assignments in the last three years, demonstrating financial capacity by turning over 70% of the estimated cost in previous years. Tender fee of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) must be deposited via green challan form in account C-02716 through Government Treasury or National Bank of Pakistan.
