Repair and Maintenance Work of Building at AMI Data Base Centre Gujjar Khan

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) through its PMU invites sealed bids for the repair and maintenance work of the building at AMI Data Base Centre Gujjar Khan located at IESCO Grid Station Gujjar Khan. This procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 with a budget of Rs. 4,501,696/- including PST under Repair and Maintenance Head. Items being procured: - Repair and Maintenance work of Building at AMI Data Base Centre Gujjar Khan at IESCO Grid Station Gujjar Khan The scope includes all civil works necessary for the upkeep and repair of the building as detailed in the bidding documents available on EPADS v2.0. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as specified in the bidding documents. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate. The e-bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
