The Project Director, Project Management Unit, Prisons Department, Sindh, Karachi invites bids for the Rehabilitation and Renovation of Kitchen Block at Central Prison and C.F Hyderabad. This tender is specifically for works related to civil, internal water supply, and electrical installations at the prison facility in Karachi. Internal water supply works include installation of sanitary fixtures, piping, traps, and manholes. Electrical works cover wiring, fittings, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures. Eligibility requires firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category, with financial, technical, and constructional capability as per the NIT. Bidders must submit a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost and comply with all bidding instructions. The bid validity period is 90 days. Bids must be submitted to the Camp Office at Central Prison, Karachi. The submission deadline and bid opening date are as per the official NIT. The contract duration is 12 months from the commencement date.
