Rehabilitation and Renovation Works for MEPCO Transmission Lines and Sub Divisions in Multan and Nearby Areas

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites experienced and registered firms and contractors to submit electronic bids (E-Bids 2.0) for various rehabilitation, protection, renovation, and maintenance works related to transmission lines and substations in Multan and surrounding areas. The procurement follows the PPRA Rules-2004 (amended to date) under a single stage one envelope bidding procedure. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation / Protection of Tower Foundations of Transmission Lines under MEPCO SS&T Division Muzaffar Garh & D.G. Khan - Rehabilitation / Protection of Tower Foundations of Transmission Lines under MEPCO SS&T Division Rahim Yar Khan - Rehabilitation / Carpeting of road for residential Colony and Control Room at 132 KV Grid Station Burewala (Azeemabad) - Renovation / Repair of MEPCO Sub Division offices at Fortabbas & Faqir Wali, XEN (M&T) room and rehabilitation of water supply at MEPCO Complex Bahawal Nagar - Renovation / Maintenance of (C-type Bungalow) WAPDA Fortified Dispensary at S.E Complex Rahim Yar Khan - Rehabilitation of Control House Building & Re-Construction of Boundary Wall (Tilted Portion) at 132 KV Grid Station Mianwali Qureshian - Renovation / Repair of MEPCO Civil Line and Qadirabad Sub Divisions at Pull Bazar Sahiwal - Re-construction / Repair of boundary wall (tilted / damaged portion) at 132 KV Grid Station Sahiwal Old and construction of counter fort wall with allied works at 132 KV Grid Station Pakpattan-I - Repair / Renovation of Complaint Center Fareed Town Sahiwal and Additional Civil Works for Customer Facilitation Center at Sahiwal - Repair / Maintenance of 01-No. C-type bungalow and 01-No. F-type (F-3) quarter at 132 KV Grid Station Rahim Yar Khan-I These works involve civil construction, repair, and maintenance activities including tower foundation protection, road carpeting, building renovation, boundary wall reconstruction, and customer facilitation center improvements. The projects are located across Multan, Muzaffar Garh, D.G. Khan, Rahim Yar Khan, Burewala, Bahawal Nagar, Mianwali, Sahiwal, and Pakpattan. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Islamabad under category CE-10, with active registration with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) and Income Tax registration with FBR. Earnest money and bid security amounts are specified for each lot. The bid submission deadline is **21 October 2026 at 12:00 PM**, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Original bid security in the form of Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, or Pay Order must be submitted physically to the Executive Engineer (Civil) MEPCO H.Q Khanewal Road Multan office before the deadline.
