Rehabilitation and Renovation of Quarter No. B-03 Hashimabad Colony Thatta @ Makli

The Executive Engineer Buildings Division Works & Services Department Thatta is procuring rehabilitation and renovation works for Quarter No. B-03 Hashimabad Colony Thatta @ Makli. This project involves comprehensive civil works including removal of old plaster, dismantling tiles and concrete, laying new cement concrete blocks, plastering, painting, fixing aluminum frames, deodar wood joinery, flooring with glazed tiles, iron works, and plumbing and sanitary fittings. The scope covers structural repairs, finishing, and installation of sanitary fixtures to restore the quarter to functional condition. Bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category for works exceeding Rs. 2.5 million and should have relevant experience in similar civil renovation projects. FBR registration and NTN compliance are mandatory. The contract duration is 360 days with a bid validity of 90 days. Earnest Money in the form of a Bid Security amounting to Rs. 157,550/- or 5% of the bid price is required. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Thatta by 10:00 A.M on 14.05.2026 and will be opened the same day at 11:00 A.M.
