Rehabilitation of Road from Chohan Village Main Bridge to Village Hasola with Allied Works

District Council Chakwal invites sealed bids through the E-P System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk from contractors registered on E-PADS for the year 2026-27 (MRS 2nd Bi Annual 2026) from 1st July 2026 to 31st December 2026 District Chakwal / Talagang and N.S. The bidding is for the rehabilitation of the road from Chohan Village Main Bridge to Village Hasola with other allied works in Tehsil and District Chakwal. The estimated cost is Rs. 72.514 million with a bid security of Rs. 3,625,700 (5%). The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Single Envelope method as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted through the E-P System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by or before 17-10-2026 11:00 AM PST. Bid security must be submitted on the E-P System by or before 17-10-2026 11:00 AM. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. The lowest bidder will be bound to deposit 10% additional performance security electronically within 15 days of issuance of the letter of acceptance. The additional performance security will be refunded after issuance of the completion certificate by the Engineering Branch. The quoted rates must be item-wise and clearly readable. Ambiguous or unfilled bids will be rejected. The competent authority may reject any or all bids at any time prior to approval or acceptance under PPRA Rules-2014, Chapter VI, Clause-35. The successful contractor must make an agreement on stamp paper within seven days of work order issuance. Bidding documents are also available on the PPRA Punjab website. Submission of fake or forged documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. Non-responsive, non-readable, corrupted, virus-infected, non-signed, or non-stamped bids will be rejected.
