Rehabilitation and Improvement of Road, Sewerage, and PCC at Kahna Nou NA-123, PP-158, Lahore (Group-II)

The Traffic Engineering and Transport Planning Agency (TEPA), Lahore Development Authority (LDA), invites bids from eligible contractors and firms for the rehabilitation and improvement of road, sewerage, and PCC works at Kahna Nou NA-123, PP-158, Lahore (Group-II). This procurement is being conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. Only firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and having valid FBR and PRA registrations (active Tax Filer NTN and PNTN) are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation / Improvement of Road / Sewerage / PCC UC-247 Kahna Nou NA-123, PP-158, Lahore (Group-II) (Estimated Cost: Rs. 24,532,955/-; Earnest Money: Rs. 1,226,648/-) The technical scope includes comprehensive civil works for road rehabilitation, sewerage system improvement, and construction of plain cement concrete (PCC) infrastructure within the specified union council and constituencies. The project duration is 6 months from the date of commencement. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) before the deadline of 24 August 2026 at 10:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 am. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for the opening of financial bids. All bidders must provide an Earnest Money in the shape of a Bank Guarantee or CDR (valid for the bid validity period plus 20 days) amounting to 5% of the estimated cost, submitted through the e-Procurement System. No manual, postal, or telegraphic bids will be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
