Tender Description
Sukkur IBA University invites eligible contractors to submit bids for rehabilitation of SSTEC-Bhanseeadabad, funded through a Government of Sindh special grant or seed money allocation for CFY 2026-2027. The contract covers integrated civil, electrical and plumbing works at the project site, with completion required within six months from the Engineer's Notice to Commence.
Mandatory work items include civil scheduled items 1-34: dismantling, excavation, earth filling and compaction; dewatering; plain and reinforced concrete; centering; brickwork; plastering and painting; gutka brick facing; steel grills; glazed tiles; acoustic ceilings; wood and GI frames; aluminium glazed windows; anti-termite treatment; fibre-glass sunshades; stainless-steel railings; paving blocks; and fibre-sheet wall panels. Civil non-scheduled items 1-5 include MDF laminate kitchen cabinets, tempered-glass doors, aluminium glazed partitions, roof waterproofing and removal and replacement of wall and ceiling plaster.
Electrical scheduled items 1-8 cover PVC conduit mains and sub-mains, light and fan points, plug points, and four-core copper cables. Electrical non-scheduled items 1-15 include switches, sockets, LED panel and circular luminaires, ceiling and exhaust fans, circuit wiring, a 415-volt IP55 switchboard with MCCBs, energy analyzer and busbars, and a distribution board. Plumbing items include sanitary fixtures, Muslim showers, wash basins, bathroom accessories, bib-cocks, gully traps, manholes, lavatory basins, European and squatting WCs, toilet accessories, floor traps, ball valves, HDPE water-supply pipes, and UPVC soil, waste and vent pipes.
Bidders must hold PEC C-5 or higher licensing with CE-09, CE-10 and EE11(vi), a valid Sindh Electric Inspector license for the Hyderabad Region, NTN, applicable sales-tax registration and ATL status. Submit audited five-year financials, relevant experience, equipment details, affidavit, and **Rs. 976,000** bid security. Upload separate technical and price bids online through EPADS/SPPRA to Room 212, Project Director's Office, Sukkur IBA University. The deadline and opening schedule are as stated in the NIT.
