Rehabilitation of Street Lights and Road Divider Painting in Sargodha

The Municipal Corporation Sargodha invites bids from engineering firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for the financial year 2024-25. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System on the EPADS portal. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of street lights city Sargodha (Frame Work Contract) with an estimated cost of Rs. 15 Million and earnest money of Rs. 750,000 - Painting of road divider and lane marking, cat eyes, sign boards of roads MC Sargodha (Frame Work Contract) with an estimated cost of Rs. 10 Million and earnest money of Rs. 50,000 The works will be executed on a need basis after receipt of field staff inspection reports and issuance of partial or mini work orders. Contractors are required to provide and install equipment and accessories daily as per directions and maintain an equipment stock register signed by the relevant official. The quoted rates shall remain valid until 30-06-2027 with no escalation or price variation allowed during the contract period. Eligibility requires PEC registration, FBR registration, and earnest money submission of 5% through the e-procurement system. Bidders must quote rates against each item of DNIT/BOQs and submit financial bids accordingly. Bids must be uploaded on the Punjab PPRA website by 09-09-2026 before 1:30 PM, with the tender opening at 2:00 PM on the same day at the MC Sargodha office. Contractors may attend the opening session. Any submission of fake documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule-35.
