The Saddar CWPP&H Department Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for the rehabilitation and upgradation of Black Top Road PCC Streets, installation of Solar Street Lights, Sewerage Line, and Tuff Tiles at Junior Assistant Colony and surrounding area Quetta for the year 2026. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation & Up-Gradation of Black Top Road - PCC Streets - Solar Street Lights - Sewerage Line - Tuff Tiles at Junior Assistant Colony and Surrounding Area Quetta The project is based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. The estimated cost is **PKR 59,702,000**. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories CE09(i) (Sewerage Works), CE10(i) (General Civil Engineering Works), CE01-(i) (Road and Pavements Drainage & Retaining Structure), EE11(i) (Solar), EE11(ii) (Solar Energy), and EE11(iii) (Solar Energy system). Eligibility requires presence in the Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and completion of at least 3 similar works with a minimum value of PKR 41,791,400 in the last 2 years. Maintenance, restoration, rehabilitation, and subcontracted works are not accepted. Bidders must provide an affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, no blacklisting, no bad record, no major litigation, no nonperformance in the last 5 years, and no failure to sign contracts in Pakistan or internationally.
