Rehabilitation of Water Supply Scheme Gandakha BSDI Phase-III

The Public Health Engineering Division Usta Muhammad invites sealed percentage basis bids on Composite Schedule of Rate CSR-2026 & prevailing market rates up-to-date for the rehabilitation of Water Supply Scheme Gandakha BSDI Phase-III under Govt of Balochistan 2026-27. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of Water Supply Scheme Gandakha BSDI Phase-III The contract requires firms registered with Tax authorities i.e. BRA, GST & FBR Sales Tax department, and valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category CE09 and EE11 for solar who have renovated up to the year 2026-27. The contractor must have minimum three assignments with at least 80% estimated cost and turnover of value not less than 70% of estimated cost. The contractor must not be blacklisted by any procurement agency or private organization. Procurement will be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope method. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost in shape of CDR is required. Call deposit of amount specified must be submitted in the name of undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender documents and BOQ can be downloaded from B-PPRA website. Submission of bids is electronic only; no physical bids will be accepted. Tender opening will be held at the office of Executive Engineer PHE Usta Muhammad. The tender committee reserves the right to change quantities or cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason. Validity of bids is ninety (90) days. Key dates: Last date for submission is 08 September 2026 at 12:00 PM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 1:00 PM on EPPS System 2. Envelope containing financial bid of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. In case of public holiday, tender will be opened next working day at same time and venue.
