Tender Description
This tender notice invites bids for the remaining construction of the Rural Water Supply Scheme at Loung Abro UC Mughalbeen Taluka Jati District Sujawal by the Public Health Engineering Division Sujawal. The procurement is conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope method via the EPADS electronic bidding system.
Items being procured:
- Provision and Fixing of Paver Blocks at various locations including Memon Muhalla, Khatthi Muhalla, Mallah Muhalla, and different villages of Taluka Shah Bundar and Taluka Jati
- Construction of culverts and rural water supply schemes at multiple villages
- Excavation, RCC pipe laying, refilling, and distribution system installation including HDPE pipes and fittings
- Supply and installation of pumping machinery including 5.5 BHP electric pumps, sluice valves, foot valves, and related accessories
- Solar energy system components including 550/650 watt mono-PERC grade Tier I solar panels, VFT drive off-grid system, PV balance of system with elevated structure, and complete wiring and installation
- Supply and fixing of hypochlorinator
The technical scope includes excavation, concrete works, RCC pipe laying, electrical and mechanical installation of pumps, solar power system installation, and water treatment equipment. The works are to be completed within 12 months.
Eligibility criteria require registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories CE09, CE10, EE11, valid electric inspectorate license, FBR and SRB registration with active taxpayer status, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications, litigation history declaration, ICAP audited financial reports for last five years, and experience in similar works with supporting documentation. The bidder must also provide details of technical staff, machinery, and equipment availability.
Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS portal by 22nd September 2026 at 2:30 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 3:00 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Tender fee of PKR 3,000 and bid security of 5% of estimated cost in the form of call deposit are mandatory. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
