Tender Description
The Education Works Division Sujawal is procuring the remaining construction and finishing works for existing primary, elementary, and secondary schools at GGMS Bohar, Taluka Jati, District Sujawal, Sindh. This tender covers civil works including dismantling, masonry, RCC, plastering, flooring, painting, and water supply and sanitation fittings. The scope includes structural repairs, finishing, and installation of sanitary fixtures and water tanks.
The technical scope involves excavation, reinforced cement concrete, masonry, plastering, painting, and installation of GI frames and grills. Water supply works include fitting of W.C. pans, stop cocks, bib cocks, nylon connections, valves, fiberglass tanks, and uPVC piping. The contract duration is 9 months from the date of commencement.
Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration in the appropriate category CE-10 for works above Rs. 4 million, active NTN and SRB registration, and must submit an authenticated affidavit on e-stamp Rs. 500 confirming no blacklisting and correctness of documents. Experience in similar works, skilled manpower, equipment availability, and financial capacity will be evaluated. Bid security of 5% of estimated cost and tender fees must be submitted in original before the deadline.
The deadline for bid submission is **15-05-2026 at 10:00 am** at the Office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Division Sujawal. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 am.
