Remodeling and Modification Works in Existing 2nd Floor of TMA Building Including Partitions & Construction of New Toilet Block for HAZECO Offices Abbottabad

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites experienced contractors registered with PPRA, EPADS, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for remodeling and modification works at the existing 2nd floor of the TMA Building in Abbottabad. The project includes the installation of partitions and construction of a new toilet block specifically for HAZECO offices. Items being procured: - Remodeling and modification works in existing 2nd floor of TMA Building - Installation of partitions - Construction of new toilet block The scope requires contractors to have PEC Category C-6 & above (EE-04, CE-10) specialization codes. Bidders must be active taxpayers with FBR, KPRA, and State Tax, excluding joint ventures. They should have completed at least two civil contracts in the last five years with a minimum 50% estimated cost per contract. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost is mandatory in the form of a CDR from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. Additional 2% bid security is required for bidders quoting 10% below or more than the engineer's estimate. The bidding process follows the Single Stage One Envelope method through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal and the office of the Project Director (GSC) HAZECO Abbottabad. The bid opening date is 25th September 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid submission closing at 11:00 AM the same day.
