Renovation Work at CIA 5th Floor Audit Department NICL Building Karachi

The National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) invites sealed bids for the Renovation Work at CIA 5th Floor Audit Department NICL Building Karachi. This procurement is for comprehensive civil works including dismantling, installation, and finishing at the specified site in Karachi. Items being procured: - Ceiling - Glass Partition - Wooden Partition - Wooden Glass Partition - Glass Doors with Wooden Frame - Metal Tile Ceiling - Gypsum Board Ceiling - Ceiling Colour - Wall Polish - Electrical Works - LED 2 x 2 Lights - Ceiling Lights Points The scope includes dismantling existing structures where required, installation of gypsum board, glass and aluminum partitions, civil works, flooring repairs, false ceiling modifications, painting, electrical and data point shifting, door installation, and all allied finishing works. The contractor must provide all necessary materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision to complete the work in accordance with specifications and NICL satisfaction. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have an office in Karachi, successful completion of at least three similar jobs, active taxpayer status, and a mandatory site visit certificate. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of August 28, 2026, 10:00 AM. Bid security in the form of Pay Order is required.
