Renovation and Construction Works at MEPCO Headquarters Multan and Grid Stations

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites eligible firms and contractors to submit e-bids for various renovation and construction works at MEPCO Headquarters Multan and associated grid stations. These works are critical for maintaining and improving the infrastructure and facilities of MEPCO in Multan and surrounding areas. Items being procured: - Renovation of General Washrooms of office building at MEPCO H.Q Multan - Construction of Parking Place with tuff tiles, shed & landscaping in front & side lawn of CFO office at MEPCO H.Q Khanewal Road Multan - Re-construction / repair of boundary wall (fallen / tilted portion) at 132 KV Grid Station Qadirabad - Renovation of Rest House at MEPCO H.Q Khanewal Road Multan - Rehabilitation of Control House Building at 132 KV Grid Station Sahiwal New and Bunga Hayat - Renovation of Rest House at MEPCO Complex Sahiwal - Repair / Maintenance of Rest House at MEPCO Complex Rahim Yar Khan - Re-construction of boundary wall (fallen / tilted portion) at SDO office Jamal Din Wali (Sadiqabad) - Repair / Maintenance of Rest House at MEPCO Complex Bahawal Nagar The scope includes civil works such as renovation, repair, landscaping, and construction of boundary walls and parking areas. The projects are located primarily at MEPCO Headquarters and various grid stations in Multan, Sahiwal, Rahim Yar Khan, Sadiqabad, and Bahawal Nagar. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Islamabad under the relevant category CE-10, hold active registration with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and have valid Income Tax registration with FBR. Bidders must submit bids through the e-procurement system (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk following the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004 (amended). Bid security must be submitted in original form as Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Executive Engineer (Civil) MEPCO Multan before the bid submission deadline.
