Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited (PRAL) Islamabad invites bids for the comprehensive Renovation, Interior Fit-Out, Furniture & Fixtures, and Allied Works for its New Head Office Building on a turnkey basis. This project encompasses civil works, interior finishing, electrical installations, and supply and installation of furniture and fixtures across multiple floors of the building. Items being procured: - Demolition & HSE protocols including floor tiles, masonry walls, doors, false ceiling, wiring, fire sensors, speakers, roller blinds, ceiling accessories, fire alarm and public address system equipment - Termite proofing and fumigation at three stages - Block masonry with hollow blocks and groove fabrication - Cement sand plaster with expanded metal mesh - Gypsum board vertical bands and aluminum U channels - Glass partition walls and doors with frosted film and patch fittings - Wooden doors with solid oak panels and accessories - Door frame stiffeners and aluminum signage - Wall paneling including marble, bamboo, fluted WPC, marine ply, and Envicrete wall panels - Roller blinds and aluminum pelmets - SPC tiles flooring and commercial-grade carpet tiles - UPVC skirting and paint works including plastic emulsion and enamel paints - Gypsum ceilings with metal framework and finishing - Carpentry work including pantry cabinets, janitorial cabinets, and emergency evacuation plans - Planters and wooden painting frames - Electrical works including wiring for lights, power sockets, hand dryers, electric geysers, communication racks - Wiring devices, power receptacles, technology boxes, floor boxes - LED lighting fixtures including downlights, magnetic downlights, pendent lights, track lights, linear LED lights, mirror lights, LED strip lights, emergency and exit lights, decorative wall lights, and motion sensors - Distribution boards, cables, cable raceways, conduits, and cable trays - Communication systems with Category 6 UTP cables, information outlets, patch panels, communication racks, patch cords, Wi-Fi routers, IP PABX, network switches, HDMI cables and outlets - CCTV security surveillance system with IP cameras, NVR, PoE switches, patch panels, LED TVs, programming, testing and commissioning - Access control system with RFID, multi-biometric and face recognition devices, power supplies, RFID cards, magnetic locks, exit switches, and training The scope covers all floors with detailed quantities and specifications for each item. The project requires compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols, including PPE for workers. Bidders must be registered, active taxpayers, and not blacklisted.
