Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP Mayar Branch (0828) RO Mardan

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids for the renovation and refurbishment works of NBP Mayar Branch (0828) Regional Office Mardan. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Dismantling works including removal of masonry walls, false ceiling, flooring, doors, windows, grills, ventilators, glass work, electrical and plumbing fixtures, debris disposal, and handing over iron and wooden items to bank authority - WPC wall panelling of 5mm groove fluted panels, dimension 9.5 feet x 6 inch wide - Glass partitions with 12mm thick imported clear tempered glass with frosting paper and aluminum or wooden frames - Tempered frameless glass doors with 12mm clear glass, concealed floor door closers, locks, and handles - Cash counter made of MDF with laminated tactile sheet, corian tops, stainless steel trays, and glass supports - Wooden drawer units with white formica and central locking - False ceiling with 7.5mm thick laminated gypsum tiles, including hanging system and openings for lights - Electrical works including supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LED downlights, re-dressing distribution boards with MCBs, copper bars for earthing and neutral, branch earthing system with copper bars and earth pits - False ceiling fans 14/16" sweep The scope covers complete renovation and refurbishment as per detailed specifications and drawings, with all works to be executed under the direction of the Engineer Incharge. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04. They must be active on FBR Active Taxpayer List and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Experience of at least three similar projects costing not less than PKR 1 million in the last three years is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal by Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft must be submitted in hard copy to the Engineering Wing North NBP Regional Office, Islamabad before bid submission deadline. Technical and financial proposals will be evaluated as per PPRA rules. The contract duration is 45 days from commencement.
