Tender Description
Public Health Engineering Division Lakki Marwat invites bids through EPADS for solar-based and construction works under ADP No. 251122. The procurement follows Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014 using a Least Cost Based technique with Single Stage Single Envelope procedure.

The scope includes installation and construction of solar-based drinking water supply schemes (DWSS) across various villages and tehsils in Lakki Marwat. The projects require specialized PEC registration with codes CE09 and CE10, active Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority status, FBR registration with active NTN, and provincial enlistment in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must submit a Non-Blacklisting Affidavit on E-Stamp Paper duly signed and attested by an Oath Commissioner.
Bid security is 2% of the engineer's estimated cost. The last date and time for bid submission is 13th October 2026 at 11:00 hours, with bid opening on the same day at 11:30 hours. Bidders must upload bids via EPADS and physically submit original bid security/CDR before the deadline. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
